Fake ID Website Warning |
We are concerned about pupils obtaining fake identification over the internet and wanted to warn parents about this growing problem. The whole idea of young people obtaining false id so that they can purchase alcohol etc is worrying in itself however several of our pupils have accessed a website which gets them to send cash and personal details to Gatwick airport. The fake id’s (driving licences) come from Spain. The risks therefore are coming not only from the dangers of under age drinking but children are also being conned out of cash – the fake licences don’t always arrive- and even more worryingly, there are clearly criminals who are obtaining the personal details of young people and have a hold over them. Please be vigilant. |
