Fake ID Website Warning

We are concerned about pupils obtaining fake identification over the internet and wanted to warn parents about this growing problem. The whole idea of young people obtaining false id so that they can purchase alcohol etc is worrying in itself however several of our pupils have accessed a website which gets them to send cash and personal details to Gatwick airport. The fake id’s (driving licences) come from Spain. The risks therefore are coming not only from the dangers of under age drinking but children are also being conned out of cash – the fake licences don’t always arrive- and even more worryingly, there are clearly criminals who are obtaining the personal details of young people and have a hold over them. Please be vigilant.

Bullying Guidance for Parents

During Anti-Bullying Week we focused on the crucial role that parents play in supporting their children when bullying happens. It's often a very difficult time for parents who sometimes tell us that they don't know what to do for the best.

We thought it might help if we pooled our collective experiences and try to come up with helpful advice for the big questions parents have at times like this. We hope that you won't ever need this Frequently Asked Questions sheet, but just in case you do find yourself in this difficult situation......... It goes without saying that if issues troubling you don't seem to figure here then we'd urge you to pick up the phone and discuss them with us.
